RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return for a refund or exchange for a different item within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us here to arrange your return/exchange.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your order. Please note that you will have to return your order to the warehouse it was sent from, which may be in a different country to you. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured service to return your order. Please note that orders with 30 or more units are considered wholesale orders and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please ensure you include a note of your name, email address and order number inside your return so that we can identify it correctly. 

GETTING YOUR REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded for returned orders. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment usually within 10 working days. If this time has passed and you haven't recieved your refund, get in touch with us here. Please note all delivery times on our websites are shown in working days, do not include processing times, and are estimates only. We will not provide refunds for deliveries that arrive outside of the estimated dates. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods, and are an estimate only. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us here to arrange this. If we have not yet packaged your order in our warehouse, we will be able to cancel your order and provide a full refund. If your order has already been picked and packaged, unfortunately we are not able to provide a refund. 

WHOLESALE ORDERS RETURN POLICY

Please note that orders of 30 or more units are considered wholesale orders and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, all sales of bulk orders are final. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase and contacting us if you have any questions or concerns about the products or quantities you're ordering. To ensure you're satisfied with the product before placing a wholesale order, we offer free sample units upon request. Please contact our team to arrange a sample shipment.

If your wholesale order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist with replacement items in accordance with our warranty or defect policy.
